It is relatively compact, is powerfull enough, and the remote control means I can adjust both the fan speed and the direction without having to get off my bike to adjust it. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the base seems somewhat flimsy (two moulded plastic halves, pressed together and then screwed into the base of the fan with 4 screws) - time will tell how it holds up.
